  • Analyzed and delivered web-based internal products (office management, calendar & event planning, internal communication); translated business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Collaborated with HR, operations, and management to validate user flows and UX decisions before development and during UAT.
  • Supported frontend (React.js) and backend (RESTful APIs) teams; designed and validated API contracts using Postman (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).

  • Supported process improvement and audit readiness (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) by defining KPIs, risks, and reflecting insights into backlog priorities.
  • Actively participated in Agile/Scrum ceremonies using Jira (sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, UAT coordination), acting as technical bridge between teams and stakeholders.
  • Created and executed test scenarios and test cases to validate business requirements, system behavior, and API integrations prior to UAT.
